This blueberry banana smoothie is “berry” good for cooling off on a hot day, or as a special treat! It’s no secret that blueberries are highly nutritious. Blueberries are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and potassium (just like bananas).

This smoothie is also packed with fibre provided by Acazen, Alpinia’s 100% plant-based acacia fibre supplement!

Recipe

Number of servings: 1

Serving size: 190 ml

Ingredients:

  • 70 g Blueberries
  • 50 g Banana
  • 1 g Vanilla
  • 100 ml Oat milk
  • 5 g Acazen acacia gum powder

Steps:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: For extra cooling off power, blend with ice to get a fibre-fueled superfood slushie!
